The National Federation for Just Communities of Western New York (NFJC) awarded Rich’s with their Community Leader Corporate Award at their annual Luncheon on Feb. 13, 2020. The NFJC is a non-profit organization dedicated to overcoming racism, bias and bigotry by building a just and inclusive community through education, advocacy and engagement. Every year, their Community Award Celebration Luncheon celebrates leaders who have made contributions to the WNY region through involvement in volunteer efforts, community service or through encouragement of diversity in the workplace.
DJ Rich, Manufacturing Service Manager of TCCS & Donuts, accepted the award on behalf of the Rich Family. “It’s clear that we can’t consider ourselves a successful business if we don’t help those around us,” said DJ, “It’s our privilege to do our part and strengthen our neighborhoods and our city.”
