Pride Month is an annual opportunity to reflect on the history of pride, celebrate LGBTQ+ activism and culture, and show support for our LGBTQ+ colleagues, friends and loved ones. For members of Rich’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, this Pride Month was also an opportunity to share what pride, unity, and inclusion means to them.
